Self-Managed Superannuation - Individual Trustee(s)
You will need a copy of the SMSF trust deed, or an extract from the trust deed that includes at least the following information: full name of the trust and all of the trustees, street address of the SMSF, names and members of the SMSF and the signatory page. You will also need details of the other trustees, including an email address and mobile number for each trustee. Please contact us if any trustees do not have an email address or mobile phone number and we can arrange a paper application.
Self-Managed Superannuation - Corporate Trustee
You will need the latest annual company statement, a copy of the SMSF trust deed, or an extract from the trust deed that includes at least the following information: full name of the trust and the company trustee(s), street address of the SMSF, names and members of the SMSF and the signatory page. You will also need details of the director(s) of the corporate trustee, including an email address and mobile number for each director.
